preston is not dire its a beautiful city! It is known as Proud Preston and has a guild once every 20 years hence the expression "once in a Preston guild" - St Walburge's Church is the tallest spire in England and one of the tallest in the world.
PRESTON IS DIRE!!!!
Preston is a great city. It has just about everything. Sometimes cold but the people are always warm. A lot of spirit and pride in the North West of England and close to a lot of beautiful countryside. Great coastal areas around here too. Visiting England and not sure whether to go to Lancashire or Yorkshire? Give Yorkshire the big two fingers.
